Reviews This is one of the best restaurants in Central London. Great food, and friendly staff. The Malabar Junction is a bit different to the usual run-of-the-mill curry restaurants, so if you just want a chicken vindaloo go elsewhere! Vegetarians are also very well catered for at the Malabar Junction. For a really tasty starter, try the Malabar Masala Dosa - a dosa is a type of pancake made from rice and lentil flour. For a vegetable dish that's a bit out of the ordinary, we can highly recommend Kalan. Directions From Tottenham Court Road tube station, go north on Tottenham Court road for about 50 yards, then turn right into Great Russel Street. The Malabar Junction is about 50 yards on the right. Once tried to sit us opposite the bar and toilets and were not too happy to move us to the main restaurant, otherwise would get 5 stars.
